Description

Body Love is an invitation into embodied intimacy—a space for you and your beloved to slow down, soften, and rediscover the profound intelligence of presence. In a culture that encourages us to rush or perform, this workshop offers a different path: treating presence itself as an expression of love.

Together, we will explore how slowing down allows us to sense ourselves more fully and meet one another more honestly. Through guided movement, somatic practices, authentic relating, and conscious touch, we will practice inhabiting the present moment as a doorway into intimacy.

Workshop Highlights:

  - Slow Down: Access subtle embodied presence.
  - Deep Listening: Move in contact while honoring your own and your partner's boundaries.
  - Authentic Communication: Share inner experiences through movement and words.
  - Cultivate Resonance: Build safety and trust through body-based awareness.
  - Compassionate Connection: Practice meeting moments of disconnection with curiosity.

The Power of Presence

Being present is the doorway into love. As we inhabit the present moment, we naturally return to our own hearts, becoming more available to life.
When we soften our attention and genuinely meet ourselves and another, we communicate something that reaches deeper than words: You matter. I am here with you.

Too often, we relate through stories, memories of the past, fears about the future, and assumptions about who the other person is. Presence gently returns us to what is actually here. It invites us to encounter the living person before us rather than our ideas about them. As the Zen teacher Thích Nhất Hạnh reminds us, "The greatest gift we can offer anyone is our true presence." (from The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching

Love naturally emerges when two people become deeply present. Presence is love because love is the willingness to remain available—to ourselves, to another, and to this moment.
