The Heart of the Workshop
In this evening immersion, we explore the relational art of attention: how it moves, where it rests, and how it shapes the quality of connection we feel with ourselves and each other.
Drawing on Taoist philosophy and Kasia Urbaniak’s brilliance as articulated in Unbound, we work with the natural flow of yin and yang as living forces in our relational dynamics.
Yin Attention
The receptive, inward flow.
Your capacity to feel yourself — to sense, listen, track, and clearly name what you need and desire.
Yang Attention
The expressive, outward flow.
Your ability to confidently direct energy, make requests, take action, and participate in creating the connection you want.
Within relationships, we often overuse one form of attention, underdevelop the other polarity, or dwell in unclear and confusing mixed states. This lack of clarity and balance in our energetic signature leads to tension, misattunement, and feeling unsatisfied or confused. When both yin and yang attention are embodied with awareness and intention, energy flows and connection becomes alive, grounded, and clear.
Desire becomes a compass.
Attention becomes power.
Intimacy becomes art.
